Publish to Your Site with AI
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your NowPage site and publish pages just by asking. No code, no CMS — just tell your AI what you want to publish.
What You Need
- Your NowPage API key (from your admin)
- Your MCP server URL (from your admin)
- Claude.ai Pro/Team/Max or ChatGPT Plus
Option A: Connect Claude.ai
1. Open Settings
Go to claude.ai → click the gear icon (bottom-left) → Connectors
2. Add Connector
Click Add custom connector
- URL: paste your MCP server URL +
/api/mcp - Auth: Bearer token → paste your NowPage API key
Click Save
3. Publish!
Open a new conversation and try:
"Publish a page about our Q1 results with key metrics and next steps."
Option B: Connect ChatGPT
1. Create a GPT
Go to chatgpt.com → Explore GPTs → Create a GPT → Configure
2. Add Action
Scroll to Actions → Create new action → Import from URL
Paste: your server URL + /api/openapi.json
3. Set Authentication
Click the gear icon next to the imported action:
- Authentication type: API Key
- Auth type: Bearer
- API Key: paste your NowPage API key
4. Publish!
Save the GPT and start a conversation. Ask it to publish something to your site.
What You Can Do
- Publish new pages — blog posts, reports, landing pages, announcements
- Update existing pages — ask AI to refresh content
- Batch publish — multiple pages in one conversation
- Rich HTML — AI generates styled, structured pages
Security
Your API key is scoped to your domain only. You cannot publish to any other site. Every request is validated.
